Is it possible to see your collection and try any of the outfits?

We welcome you to our showroom in Juhu, Mumbai, India, where our range is on display.

Is customization of outfits possible?

Yes , customization for size, color and detailing is possible. We also, specialize in Bespoke outfits. We can design an outfit to suit your specifications.

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship our parcels worldwide to any where that can accept deliveries.
The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Do you have customer service?

Yes, you can contact us by email or whatsapp with your brief of requirements and we will be happy to help you find your dream outfits.

Can your dresses be ordered without visiting your store?

Sure, just message us your requirements and our team of experts will communicate the options and possibilities via Skype / facetime/ whatsapp/ emails as per your convenience.

How would I give you my measurements?

We will forward you the required measurement chart with guide lines on how to measure, should you have any further queries , we can Skype or face-time to clear your doubts.

Do you accept orders by email or whatsapp for international delivery?

Yes, Orders can be placed from international and local destinations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro credit and debit cards.
We also have Cash and Net Banking options.

Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

Are All the items displayed, available in stock?

Most of the outfits displayed, can be ordered, if not currently available.
Changes or variations if any, will be communicated to you.

Technical Tolerance is requested, due to reproduction procedures and hand work processes, which are unavoidable.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure YOU HAVE PROVIDED THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
